Landlords and property sellers

Guest house hosts

Worked example: on a 50,000 XAF per night booking the guest pays 55,000 XAF, the host receives 48,000 XAF, and Xodus Habitat retains 7,000 XAF.
Diaspora remote management

Scouts are paid by Xodus Habitat. Nothing is deducted from a landlord's rent unless the landlord has authorized that scout to manage the property.
