Help & Learning

You already know how to trade. Learn how to do it online.

Straightforward guidance for Cameroonians buying, selling goods or turning a skill into income — wherever they live.

Online buying, explained simply

The product and the money are real. Only the first meeting happens on a screen, so clear information and verification matter.

Your phone can become a storefront

If you can post on WhatsApp, you can sell online. A marketplace adds search, categories and a permanent page that people outside your contacts can find.

A purchase has four simple steps

Browse, contact, agree, exchange. Confirm the price, condition, payment and delivery before money or goods move.

Trust is checked, not assumed

An ID submission is reviewed before a verified badge appears. Your private ID details are not displayed publicly. For eligible transactions, Escrow Mode holds payment until delivery is confirmed.

Start small and confirm every detail

Ask questions, use a low-value first purchase if you are unsure, and keep payment and delivery records. Cash deals do not carry escrow protection.

Sell Smart checklist

A buyer should understand your listing in seconds. Complete these basics before paying to feature anything.

  1. 1One item per listing — never bundle unrelated products.
  2. 2Name exactly what it is; avoid titles such as “nice items”.
  3. 3Use a real price and describe the condition honestly.
  4. 4Add the city, pickup point and every delivery option you truly offer.
  5. 5Use real photos in daylight, fill the frame and show several angles.
  6. 6Do not use AI models or a promotional flyer as the main product photo.
  7. 7The first 10 active item listings are free.

Selling goods

Use a clear price, product photo, category, condition and delivery method. Keep each listing focused on one product.

Offering services

Name your exact specialty, show your face and real work, list the areas you cover and promise only a reply time you can keep.

Sell beyond your city

Diaspora buyers often purchase for family at home. Say which cities you deliver to, how quickly you reply, which payment options you accept, and whether you can confirm delivery with photos.

Common fears, answered

No sales at first is normal. Verification protects without publishing your ID. If technology feels difficult, remember: adding a listing uses the same basic skills as posting a WhatsApp status.

Choose your next step

Share your storefront link on WhatsApp and invite one skilled person you trust. More serious sellers bring more choice, buyers and opportunity for everyone.
